White patch on Bolivian ram?

I have some tetras that eat most of the food that falls in before the rams do. should I separate them and feed the ram individually or just dose the whole tank?
If possible I would rather do the most simple option, as my brother and father are both going away for a competition, and I have to return to uni after this week. My mom is not familiar with my tanks whatsoever, so I would really rather not teach her how to water change and dose medicine. If all I need is to have her feed a different food then I would much prefer that.

Dose the entire tank, if it's protozoan caused hole in the head then the other fish are also at risk of it, so better safe than sorry.

Hmm ok. I acquired this medication just now. The person at the lfs told me that this was acquired before the ban and this was her last bottle

Information regarding that medication, not really one for hexamita, but can give it a shot if that's all you've got.
Done. I decided that I wanted to isolate him anyways, mainly because none of the other fish looked like they were infected, and because I didn't want to deal with turning the entire tank yellow or risk destroying the biological filtration. If this works, then I now have a treatment for the rest of the tank should it spread to the others. If not, then maybe I'll try salt on him.

I also just did the normal dissolving treatment as opposed to oral treatment, as I also know it's a carcinogen and I don't want to expose myself or my mom to too much dust if I went the food route.

Latest image I was able to get of the ram. I also got him to eat some bloodworms, but then got spooked and is now hiding in a corner stressed. Poor guy.
1.5 days of dosing:

That doesn't look good :( I hope the medication's effective...

Yeah me too… I’m banking on this not being contagious mainly because he has been exposed to the entire tank for months and no spread, so hopefully it’s actually not that bad.
