Pleco Dead :(

Came home from work today to fine my common plec (Pierre) lying at the bottom of the tank motionless .

Ive check my pH, Ammonia, Nitrate and Nitrite. Everything normal!

Normal being
pH=7.0
Ammonia=0.0
Nitrate=10
Nitrite=0.0

The tank was checked last nite and it was the same. All the other fish seem normal too. These include 9 Odessa Barbs, 3 German Blue Rams,
3 Female Guppies and 3 Albino Corys ( i know i need 6 LFS didnt anymore to buy .)

Can anyone HELP?? Should I be worried ?

How old was he? I don't think you need to put your arms up and start screaming but I wouldn't just say hay ho any external symptoms?

He was given to me with my tank. Spoke to the guy bout 20 mins ago he thinks he was at least 4 years old. Nope no symptoms he was razzing about happy this morning before i left for work. Even bought him some cuecumber tonite on my way home from too! sad day.

Am gutted he was the most sociable plec ive come across he was never hiding in his always zooming aboput latching on to things.
