Do check the label on the medicine very carefully as some are not suitable for use with scaleless fish like your clown loach. You should really, seriously consider re-homing that btw; have look at this; clown loach; not even full grown

he has loads of room, am sure of that, had a juwel 400 and the poor thing was dwarfed in it. The 125 isnt over filled and he has the whole tank he wants its

Sorry too hear about further losses. I agree mate Twincklecaz that the infection came from them completley best thing to do is go get some treatments and lets all hope that it works out. Do you have any hospital tanks setup? so if you see any symptoms on your current fish you can move them out to try and minimize spreading.
