It is easy to use those sites. Take photobucket:

1) Go to the site and register an account
2) Make sure you are logged into the account
3) Select "upload pictures"
4) Select the pictures and upload them
5) copy the BBL/Forum link (the bottom of the four links that appear with each picture) and paste it into a post on this forum
6) Job done
