Em, i suggest mods close this, i can see where its going...

why? its a debate, not an auguement.

I have posted only facts and given my opinion.

I have both, PS3 and 360, so I think I can make a fair comparison, supposed to those supporting (and owning) just the one console

i know? no one is arguing?

Anyway thanks for the replies.. but theres no way im buying a 360...i know too much people they just die on PS3 all the way

I no alot about gaming, and i have to say, xbox 360 are designed to a very high standard. Xbox 360 anyday over a ps3. ps3= to much money for what your playing

PS3 - built in WIFI
PS3 - Free access to DLC
PS3 - built in web browser
PS3 - Blu-ray/dvd player -
PS3 - rechargeable controllers
PS3 - HDMI as standard (only 360 elite has that)
PS3 - card reader built in


360 - Wireless adaptor £50
360 - DLC - £40 a year - £20 if you buy from GameZone
360 - no web browser - Coming Soon
360 - dvd player only - £20 for HD Player.
360 - controllers are heavy and need AA batteries - Not seen the recharge packs eh?
360 - standard connection - 360 Full Package has the HDMI!
360 - no card reader - Erm where have you been lookin? ya can get them now



I am on my second 360 (first one died on me), I hardly play it now and I would choose the PS3 100% of the time over the 360

360 > PS3!

I have both and 360 far outranks the PS3
And since sony are losing most of the exclusive titles "FF13" the 360 is coming into it's own.

Both consoles are good but I'd stick with 360 Any day.
Yea the old 360s had RRoD problems but MS have a full fix now and give everyone 3 yrs + warranty for it.

Sony removed backwards compatibility to reduce manufacturing costs of the PS3, only the 60G which is no longer inproduction has the backwards compatibility. Lucky i brought my PS3 when the first came out! As for not all PS2 games working on a PS3, mine do everyone of them.

I'd take the PS3 over 360 anyday too. Lot more features. A few of my friends have gotten the red ring of death, so I'd say PS3. Besides if you really wanted to play PS2 games... it costs like 99 dollars for a PS2 now.

ive already gotta ps2...i just wanted a ps3 60GB because i have so much ps2 games..now im thinking im going to buy the 80 GB and just run my ps2 along side it!
