Not personally, but I know of some people who have, and each has complained that the plants weren't that alive on delivery. As usual though, I would imagine happy customers do exist!

i've used greenline and java, and never been happy with either... bought the january special from plantsalive... hmm... maybe i should worry?

Not necessarily, it usually goes that people with a bad experience complain whereas people with a good experience rarely say anything!

Another consideration is www.tropical-aquarium-plants.co.uk who I have now used 4 times, each time (bar some hornwort squashed by postie) plants have been really excellent.

aqua essentials sold me a product that wrecked my tank and then bs'd me when i asked about it/

That birstall place stocks a good range but the prices seem on the high side to me. Im looking for some crypt parva but at 4.75 each i think il leave it!

I think plantsalive is one of the places i've used before. bought a lot of hairgrass from them, got given a decent amount too. Arrived in good condition.

PlantsAlive.co.uk is great and is my number one home for buyign plants online (unless im after a specific tropica plant which sadly they dont stock).

My plants have always been in excellent condition from them and healthy.

Recently spoken to one of the workers/owners (Gill) and informed me there batch of plants will be arriving next week so all orders placed wont be fullfilled until then due to the Christmas break, backorders etc etc

I have used them in the past, and it was a good selection of plants, came well packaged/labelled.

The only thing I would say is to make sure you check the plants, as I found a few small snails...

I've used them once and won't again. I'm using Birstall instead but heard good things about aquaessentials
