Hi all ,

I have jewel 180 tank with 60 watts of lighting , is that enough for plant growth? Some of my plants look a bit see through and pale .

Any thoughts??

I have the exact same set-up and my plants love it.
What kind of plants do you have? How long have you your tank.

plants need a lot more than just light..... What are your water params? What is there nitrogen source, are you dosing any type of fertilization? What is there substrate, are you delivering nutirents to the substrate via root tabs and or specially formulated planted tank gravel? CO2? Temperature? pH? Is the water hard or soft?
