Planted Tank Plans

I plan to have a planted tank, with no Co2, No fertilizers, and medium light. So this will be a low tech set-up and these were the plants that I was thinking of getting. I was wondering if these were good plants for a low tech setup
And the fish I am planning to have are a small colony of either San Marcos fambusia or mosquito fish.... I'm not sure what fish it is yet

Plant 1 - Hygrophila polysperma

Plant 2 - Cabomba Carolinia

Plant 3 - anacharis

Plant 4 - ludwigia Repens

Plant 5 - vallisneria spiralis

Plant 6 - java moss

Plant 7 - Hydrocotyle verticillata

Plant 8 - Cabomba Aquatica

Plant 9 - whorled Marsh Pennywort

Plant 10 - Hornwort

Plant 11 - moneywort

Plant 12 - Water cress

Plant 13 - Mosquito Fern

Plant 14 - water sprite
