Sorry to jump in on the thread. I thought this was the law in the UK. While at one of my LFS (not one i buy from) i noticed they were selling 'feeder guppies'. I didn't say anything as wanted to get my facts straight first. Might have to take a trip down there!

Ignore my post count, it means I waffle too much,
If you do a search on the legality of feeder fish, you will find the reply I recieved from the RSPCA. Basically, if you cause a vertebrate to suffer you are breaking the law, but selling or using feeders is not against the law, they have to prove suffering.
