Pike Cichlid

I have a 6 inch one and he is very unaggressive. He just kinda messes up anyone that has the guts to mess with him, mine loves the shrimp you get in the container at stores cant remember the name of it

looks very much like it but mine have not got spots on the head, maybe someone more knowledgable can confirm
