Pictus Died On Same Dame Day

Hi all,having taken advice regarding my previous problems ,i left my tank empty for 2 weeks and then added some bio mature ,and took some readings ammonia 4.00ppm and 4 days later ammonia was 0.00 ,nitrites were 5.00 and day after 0.0 so i did a reading today and got ammonia 0.00 ,nitrite 0.0 and nitrates 0.10 do you think that because the tank has been up and running since november it will be still ok,the only thing that interupted the set up was the attack of white spot, any further advise will be helpful ,thank you
