I love that bamboo shrimp. He's way cool. Looks pretty big for a shrimp though...I'm used to little ghost shrimps.

Nope, they're peaceful. They are filter feeders, and just hang out scooping stuff out of the water. And nobody bothers him - he's really big, a bit over 2 inches - so he's the biggest in the tank! I've had him for a couple of months now, no problems.
