Pics Of My Goldies Next To A Ruler...how Do They Look?

Managed to sneak some pics of my goldies today - - one fantail and one common, next to a ruler. No matter how hard I try I can never manage to take a clear picture of them - they always move at that last second!

I know the common has more growing to do, any idea about my fancy?
