Unfortunately those varigated plants aren't aquatic plants and will rot causing ammonia to develop...quite quickly too.

It's quite common for fish shops to sell these as plants... unfortunately.

varigated plants are the green and white ones... 'KAISER' had the same problem, he has a blog on this forum if you want to see a more experienced members point of view on varigated plants

Looking good! I've just set my own Fluval Edge up but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as yours.

Sure, once you've uploaded your pics when you view them you will also see a collection of text you can copy out (right click copy) and then use to post the images into forums posts (right click paste into the post you are writing, it will be replaced by the image when submitted). The one I used is circled in the below image in red, the circled in green would give a full size image.

Lovely tank, unfortunate about the plants but I've seen a lot of pet shops selling house/garden plants for ponds etc so I wouldn't take it to heart hopefully to change it won't cause any problems!
