55 gallon tank on the stand!

..i noticed that the tank is too heavy for my 55 gallon tank

so....this is what i did, i put my 2 10 gallons on that stand instead....and took apart the "legs" on my old stand and voila that can take the weigh!

Very nice.

Had to say, I got a fright when I saw the white stand in the first picture!! Didn't think that could take the weight of a tank that big.

How did you move the two little tanks, did you take the water out? It must have weight a ton if you had to lift it with water in.

i moved the tanks by taking all the water out and putting it in a bucket and leaving 2 inch of water for the fish. i did the same proces for both tanks

i added gravel and i will add plants tommorow B) \

the tank should cycle quite quick because i put some gravel from my 10 gallon tanks to my new one....but i have a question, they are on the very bottom, the new gravel is ontop of the old, will this matter with the cycling?

i will be doing a cycle with fish by the way
