Very cool! Are you going to glue the containers together or anything or will it be better to just leave them seperate?
containers will be seperate and they will all be filtered via one large sump and all will be fed water from the filtered sump , I cant wait to get the project finished....

:*) thanks for the kind words about the thread.
here is another :snap: of how it is coming along...
Pain in the rump putting it together with this glue and it makes you feel like :S :alien: anyways i need to wait 24 hours to let it set up and then i can seal it with silicone also. i dont like that glue and the silicone is just to put a layer of protection between the glue and my fishes water....I am being paranoid, but i would hate to lose these little buggers.

I also bought some of these craft thingys to allow water flow between my divisions of the tank. Chaos thought of the idea this weekend instead of seperating and needing 3 filters. I can use 1 big filter and allow water flow through them. Any suggestions for cutting the center out of the plexiglass?

hi things you will need
Drill
Jig Saw / fret saw

id drill a hole in each courner with a drill bit as big as you jig saw blade. then just run the jig saw round where you want the hole

i figured that but was a frais since the dividers were so thin it may crack. I guess if I am careful. I also thought I may get my hole saw on my drill and just drill it out a few times and place that mesh plastic over the holes.....

doh..i broke one of the dividers, but here is the one I didnt  just drill out the holes real slow and it will drill out for ya....this tank will only be divided once for right now...
