Phosphate Remover - Reactor

Has anyone tried removing phosphates, by placing rowaphos inside a simple reactor and have the water just run through it via a pump?

I haven't done it myself but I've seen it done.

Does look good, and i read it works well. Just want to give it a go, and sponges are not working to great for me...

Hi,

I have rawphos inside the baskets of my cannister filter and have had good results. Teh cannister is full of live rock and rawphos bags. I know my friend has also used a mini reactor with equally good results. I sipose it depends on how the water flows around your system and the most easiest way of changing the stuff when needed.
