I love the moss wall effect. I had it grown out at one point but I trimmed the extra off and replanted it all so I could have more of it. Just annoying finding pieces floating all over because my angels love to eat it.
Planted more but I'm getting tired... annoyed with the bacopa. It doesn't have roots and the stems are soo tiny so it floats back up.

Ahhh there goes my female angel pulling up a big wad of grass....

Edit: I think they're gonna spawn soon, the male is doing the throat display thing at her and being more pushy. That or yelling at her for pulling up the grass Don't know why they keep picking at the plants, I fed my fish a whole cube of bloodworms.

with the moss wall, i would use 1 sheet and cover it with moss, then securely tie it with fishing line. Sandwiching it takes ages for it to grow through & cover effectively.

That way wouldn't last so long, my female angel tears it and eats it. I thought this way would be more secure and actually have a chance of growing lol..

Well I haven't posted anything in a while, chemistry is starting to take over my summer. So excited about it
Anyway, most of the plants are doing good. I think cabomba and wisteria finally decided to stay down. However the grass floats up once in a while. I'm not sure how it is doing.
I don't think I have much algae anymore. Maybe some bba on the wood or a few spots of gsa. Finally can go a week without having to scrub every inch of wall.

Bad quality pictures compared to others My camera is 5 years old so it has like 3.5 MP I want a good picture of my danios but they are too dang fast XD

As you can see, my algae isn't as bad as before, except the wood looks worse. There is a bunch of floating plants, half are plants that came out of the gravel, the other half I was growing out roots. The white bag thing has riccia growing in it.

Yea angels are piggies. I was going to feed them a cube of bloodworms and I accidentally dropped the whole thing in the tank while trying to put water in a cup to melt it, and well the male took like half of it in one bite.
The riccia is growing in this tank, I nedto put it in the 20 but not sure how well it will do. The angels seem to not eat it though lol. Maybe I can keep it here after all.


The female angel looks at me and tries to jump out of the water while the male just gulps air at the top expecting me to drop food there

Slow growing lol. The moss is just starting to poke through the holes. Yea, they still try to eat it. Found a few strands in the filter. But I don't think it's as bad as before. They have the wisteria to pick on now
Most of the cabomba and wisteria are rooted now so I planted most of the other plants. Leaving a few floating so they get bigger roots. The grass is starting to take hold now, not so much floating anymore. The planting looks a bit funny, I'm not good with making a good "layout"

Bought 6 more ottos and added a 7th from the 20 gallon. Total of uh, I think 8 ottos, lol I lost count. But I think I have my final stock
Gonna clean it all today, trim plants, clean off some algae from the glass, water change. Will post more pics later.

More pictures, trimmed some plants and planted the bacopa australis, pennywort, and star grass, also put riccia on a mat since I grew some out. My angels seem to leave the riccia alone, that's a relief.

My hairgrass looks hideous, parts are going brown while others are nice and green.
