alright i know why my angel fish are dying, because my ph is off the charts and the instructons dont tell me how to get it down i need help now!!!

This sounds like you have a pH test kit. In the kit, along with the pH indicator solution do you also have 2 bottles, one of pH Up and one pH Down?
You need to get some pH Down. My kit comes from Aquarium Pharmaceuticals and there are instructions on the back of the bottle. The pH Down says to lower pH, add 2 drops of pH Down for each 1 U.S. gallon (4.0L) of water.
pH Down contains Sulfuric Acid so don't get it on yourself.

You might also find that after you add the pH Down the pH of the water bounces back up. Others here may have some other suggestions but messing about with the water pH can be complicated. My water has extremely high pH so I add the pH Down and that's it. But I always make sure I acclimatise my fish very slowly.
Don't try to fix a pH that bounces back up by adding more pH Down than instructed. It is an acid and it will burn your fishies.

 sorry to hear of your troubles, Angels are quite hardy.
In this situation, All i would do is get a water safe dechlorinator and do a 50 50 water change, My angels have thrived in this enviroment.
Chemicals are bad, Fish live in water so keep it as natural as poss ;)

Wow, fish keeping isn't as fun as I thought in the first place. First I buy 2 sharks and a frog, and a glass tetra. The 2 sharks get ich and die in a week, and I save the frog and the tetra. Then I get 2 angels and everything is fine...oops, no! The glass tetra likes to ram then and bully them. So everyone tells me to get more tetras so he's comfortable in a group, and he'll calm down. I get two more, and he decides to bully them too! I have to get rid of him by giving him away, later finding out he died in an overheating accident, and the tank is happy...oops, no!! I find one of my angels dead and stuck to the filter for no reason...then my cory dies a day after I get it....now my other angel is acting weird. I go to the LFS and get the water tested, and it's fine. I find out now that my skirted tetras are EATING MY ANGEL!!!!! Now I have to get rid of them to help the angel! So tired....so very tired.....

I know this post is over a week old but it doesn't look like fishfight ever got any answers. How long has your tank been set up and what are all your water parameters - ammonia, nitrite and pH, not good or fine but in numbers, ppm. The information about the tetras is correct. You really need to have 6 of the same species to keep them from being nippy. Since you bought skirted tetras the second time, that didn't help your problem with the glass tetras aggresiveness. Corys and even angels are pretty hardy fish except in a new tank so all your problems could be coming from a tank that isn't cycled.
