This is the best fish store i have ever been for a p@h i don't think there is a fish they don't stock i recommend if you don't live to far you take a look in its awesome sorry for the pointless post im just made up i have found a shop that actually stocks fish i want

Been a while since I've been to the Stockport shop but I know the one near to me is useless, you can never get a member of staff to serve you and when you do they don't seem to have any idea on what stock they have or the prices.

The tanks aren't always correctly labelled and the stock don't look 100%, can't remember the last time I bought a fish from there.

Yeah stockport now have one of the biggest display tank off of public display in europe it looksa amazing and weighs a good few tonnes. Stockport are the best pets at home store along with quite a few around london. Wish I lived nearer to it grrrrrrrrr

Ye its huge all the fish look so healthy as do the tanks very helpful staff im suprised how good it is there and they also can order you any fish you ask for its wicked

Yeah any of the pets at home stores are able to order you fish aslong as you know the exact types of fish you want and you ask nicely . One near me has loads of strange fish in for customers and the staff are really helpful, if they don't know the answer they will tell me so and research it for next time i go in.

yeha stockport pets at home isn's bad i got my tank and few other bits from there, but i havent yet bought i fish from there! [i got an apple snail ]
i live in hazel grove and have just checked out a shop near to me and their stock was amazing =]
cant fault pets at home though

I live practically on the same road as this store. I haven't been in since they had the revamp, I might have to have a look in today.

its one of the best ive been too, i went there on the way back from a holiday, the 300 gallon reef tank is amazing, you should see the sump on it!

Can't say the pets at home near me is brilliant. I only really buy food and meds from mine. They have the usual selection of fish, guppies, mollys, goldfish, etc, but they also have oscars which worries me as I dread to think how many have been sold to put in a 2ft tank!!!

Can i just add that i think Pets @ Home in Chatham is also amazing, yeah there are a couple of dead fish every now and again but it happens. The staff are so nice and love to help! Whenever you see a dead fish/ill fish its out immediately and if its ill its in the quaranteen tank.

Yea i have been to the stockport one... The massive reef tank is amazing!!
Weird the bettas are in tanks all next to each other though...
Got quite a bit of stuff for my "soon to be" tank there, heater, filter, gravel etc.
