Pet Peeve And Or Idiosyncrocy

People who put things into their tanks then ask if it's ok.

Doesn't matter if it's fish, rocks, wood, medications, plants, etc. I just don't understand why you would put something into your tank that you're not 100% sure of let alone put it in then post a question asking about it?!

The skill to manage does not necessarily have to come with the expertise in the role.

However the true skill in management in that situation is to know that the people that you manage know more than you, and to still manage them.
