Personal Conversation Error

I am extremely new to the tropica fish forum and currently have two notification that's says personal conversation but when I click on it, it says error and tells me to click on messenger in the username area but I didnt find any there so HELP!!!

Both count, but only in certain boards, those posted in General Chat and Board Suggestions do not count.
