blood parrots are bigger and bright red. jelly beans are smaller and naturally a light pink w/ darker stripes (but generally purchased dyed). the jelly bean is part Convict and (understandably) fertile. the blood parrot is an unknown hybrid and typically sterile.

the ones I've been asking about at the stores are the red and orange ones, none of them were dyed so I guess they were blood parrots

are there any other differences???
