Well i've moved the 5 panda youngsters in the main tank along with the other 2 juvi's :good:

Within a few mins all 7 babes were shoaling around the back of the tank  bless them.

Will try to get a video later

awwwww...i have 6 . the first 2 i had were smaller than the second 4... and it seems 5 seem to shoal together and 1 gets left out :(

There's always one  my 7 babes are with 9 adults and it gets quite manic when they all start flying around

I got 4 pandas about 3 months ago and noticed that 1 of them wasn't shoaling with the others. It was about 2 weeks in and I found it dead on the bottom. Anyway the others were fine for a while but a couple of days ago I have noticed that 1 of the remaining 3 is in the same situation not shoaling with the others and alot more subdued. Could this be an infection of the barbels as I've read that they can get? I clean the sand substrate weekly and as best as I possibly can.

Could be various reasons why it died...

Whats your readings for ammonia/nitrite etc?

Whats your temp?

How big is your tank & what other inmates in there?
