Live blackworms or tubiflex worms are another good food for your corys and for the rest of your fish. 
If some get into the gravel, the corys will dig them out. If they are down there when you siphon, you can swirl the water (in the bucket) around and they will come together in a ball. You can then scoup them out and put them back into the tank. Very few will make it to the bottom a second time.
