I love a homemade fruit compote, usually of berries, bought or wild, but I'm also fond of blackberry syrup.

If I ever have maple syrup on-hand, I adore it above all.

Oh, that's some great stuff... I always adored the sweets that Ferrero put out, but nutella is so versatile... I remember some nutella and banana stuffed pancakes I had in a restaurant once. It seemed a strange idea to me, until a little less than a second after taking a bite XD
