Overstocked I Think

It wouldn't be that hard to do that in photoshop. especially with the light always coming from the top of a tank. you could take a pic of pretty much any fish and with some careful editing, put it in another tank. Would be a painstaking process for that pic, though!

Actually, if you surf around on that site you'll see that all those fish were actually in a 180gallon tank. My guess is that he had somebody push some board at them or something so they'd get cramped in that area so he could show em all off at once...
