those fish you were asking about might be either, golden orfe or golden rudd, i see them quite often when i go fishing, if you could net one and then take a picture it would be easier to identify

YAY we have fry on a warm day when feeding small fry with come up to bath in the warm warter and nibble on bits of food most arent evn a cm long i cought a few and there in my 3g tank for monitoring ill transfer them to our small outdoor pond when they start to grow
