Otocinclus or panda garra?

Hello fellow aquarists, I have a really quick question (I hope). so I've got a planted Roma 200 (photos attached) with nothing but plants, wood and rock in it at the moment but in the next few weeks will be slowly stocking it with 1 zebra nerite snail, 2 amano shrimp, 7 corydoras, 8 otocinculus, 4 panda garra and 1 platinum angelfish. But I know that otocinclus are a bit fragile and i also like the look of panda garras, so my question... panda garra's or otocinclus or both? if i go for only panda garra's how many should i get?

Have you seen any issues with the garras you already have? From what I know, these are generally peaceful but they can get into scuffles with each other OR with similar fish (in size and turf they patrol). Your tank seems big enough anyway, but you do have your share of bottom dwellers.
