Would a pair of oscers be ok in a 120l tank?

no.
single oscars should have a minimum of 250L (55 gallon).
a pair need minimum of 340L (75 gallon).

Is their any fish what are simler to oscers that would fit in this tank?

Actually I'd say 75 gallons for a single and a 125 gallons for a pair.

55 gallons provides very little room for the oscar to turn around in the tank, seeing how they tend to rest around 12"-13" in width.

@OP, your tank limits you to pretty much fish 6 inches long or lower.

Convict cichlids, though not similar in appearance, have a very similar personality, and would work well in a tank your size.

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, there are no "mini oscars"

I wouldn't keep a pair in anything under 125g. Even 125g is pushing the limits and on the smaller end. Most would recomment nothing less than 150g for a pair. Have you thought about downsizing the stock of your 5 footer, and moving those fish to the 110L?

I gave my 5 ft one to a family relitave because of the size lol, I had a 60l in the for storage and swapped it with someone for a 120l jewel 800 I think,
