Here are a few pics of my oscar... he's probably around 5 inches now, and was only 2 or 3 when I got him a few months ago. He's still the most gorgeous oscar I've ever seen, if I do say so myself; and a great temperament, too!

He's very beautiful. I'm used to seeing the orange and black ones (we have those in a tank at my work). I've never seen one with those awesome markings before.

I was feeding my oscar the other day and he jumped out of the tank and took a hunk out of my finger. I didnt know they had teeth until I got my finger bit. LOL I have had all kinds of fun made at me over getting bit by that fish,

A very nice oscar - I also have one - a red tiger. I thought you were a "betta person" - just curious now - where do you keep your oscar. I have had to upgrade to a much bigger tank just to make some more room for "Oscar"

I am a betta person... it just so happens I have one non-betta tank in my house -- just the one, though
It's a 29 gallon, which is big enough for the oscar (his name is Aristotle) for now, but I'm going to upgrade to at least a 70 gallon ASAP. I'm saving up for it right now
