Orandas And 'complete Food'

I have recently read on another board that because of their size Orandas can suffer from swim bladder problems , "especially if the complete food pellets are not soaked in water before they are fed to them"

Can anyone offer any further advice on this subject?

From what I can gather, non soaked flakes/pellets float, and when eating the fish gulp in air, possibly causing swimbladder. Soaking makes the food sink, so air isn't eaten.

..and the pellets comtain air as they are dry and the soaking squeezes it out, and the pellets expand on the outside rather than in the fishes gut.
