finally found a pair of kittens that need a good home ( hard to find these days ,tho its a good thing as cat owners are getting more responsible and having them neutered) i wont disclose how much i have paid for them, but it to me was silly money, anyway thats besides the point, we have been vetted today and they will be brought round like i said in a hour, been shopping from everything from kitty collars, toilets, beds, food, and toys like you wouldnt belive, i havent seen a photo or anything yet, lol so i really hope we fall in love with them, they are just the right age to go from their mum ( 9 weeks) and i plan to have them as house cats, the lady we are getting them off isnt even sure of the sex of them, so this will be intersting, 2 boys would be nice, tho they will be immunised and neutered in anycase.

i will post photos just as soon as i can and will be selling tickets to Dundees new zoo just as soon as i have finished printing them lol

woo new kittens, you sound like me before i got my 2, just be warned they grow fast, and make sure you have a scratch pole of somesort if you value your furnature

was planning on getting one today, but the little ones new pram was giving me grief so i gave up and came home, they can scratch that

Give them a piece of cardboard box, that usually does the trick :p

they have arrived, stuffed their little faces and are now under the sofa and have been hissing and spitting :( we are not nagging them or anything, maybe they dont like us after all, the woman said, that they hvent had much human contact,.. wish she had told me that when she came earlier. looks like i will have my work cut out trying to keep the kids away from them while they settle in :(

same as my two, she had kept them in the attic, they had runny eyes and wouldn't eat, we just kept dipping our finger in some kitten milk and putting it under there nose, after a while one licked it off and then would let you touch her, we didn't think one of ours would make it she looked that ill, just give them time, try not to be too loud near them and they'll come out eventually

thanks lilfishie, they are in the kitchen now, and ive put their bed, and litter tray in there and will go in now and again to say hi quietly, but ill leave them to settle, i feel really sorry for them but dissapointed at the same time, they may turn out to be great tho :)

They look just like my cat when we got her. She was also very nervous, but came around very quickly once she knew she was in a nice safe place.

Aww they are little cuties.....they will come round....when I got my two...they were so shy.....left them in the kitchen, quiet for a couple of hours, went in to find them, they were gone, I accused everyone in the house of opening the outside door...I was going mad, thinking oh my god I have lost them....searched all the house, no-where to be seen. after 2 hours of searching, I was about to give up,......heard a little movement in the kitchen, they had squeezed through a tiny gap in the plinth under the cupboard   I removed the plinth and saw two sets of eyes staring at me, as if saying...'whats all the fuss about we were just hiding' :D

Hope they settle down soon, which I am sure they will...

Have you any names yet?
