Aquarium Co-op has a great selection from what I've seen.

I second buceplant.com although if you are buying the more common plants in large quantities I would look on aquabid first

Its going to sound strange, but ebay has a very good selection... Just check the reviews from the shop. Ive bought from canton aquatics and marcus's fish tanks... Ive also heard great things avout greenpro... The same shops are on Etsy as well but its a tad more pricey on Etsy
