OMG............I have wigglers.........these TEENY weeny little things poking out of the eggs!!!

OMG...........but one or two eggs have dropped off of the glass and the mom then EATS THEM!!!!!! Are they all going to drop and if they do is she going to eat them ALL!!! Can I take her out of the divided area and put her in the rest of the tank and the dad too.........please help me!!!!!

Probably it's okay that the mom is eating them. I think that I remember reading that you can remove them if they are being bad bad parents (eating their kids is pretty bad parenting if you ask me ). But maybe leave them in because they are probably just eating the bad eggs....I'm really funny tonight!

Thanks everyone........more are hatching by the minute......video is rollin' but the bad part is that the eggs are SOOOOO darn tiny it's really hard to get a crystal clear image even with 880x zoom but I'm trying!!!

Now on the the next challenge.........keeping these little buggers alive and UNeaten!!!!

I've heard of puting in five drops of 10% methylene blue per ten gallons to inhibit fungus growth.......do I need to still worry about fungus growth if they've hatched already or is that just for when they are in the egg still??

Anyone know!!!

Man, I couldn't have done this without all the help and support you guys have given me!!!!!

Well, according to my book, they hang from the leaves (or in your case glass I guess) for 4-5 days. I suppose they feed off of the egg yolk or something during that time. Then it says they are taken by the parents to a shallow pit in the substrate. They start to look for food and at this stage, should be fed on rotifers and small nauplii. That is the end of the angel part! I suppose that spot you cleared out would maybe be a shallow pit Maybe that other site has more info!
