Ok Lil Help Needed

ok today at work we got in a microscope that u attach to the glass on your tank, and then u can see all the polyps and thinkgs real close up. i think it was called a ogals or somthing, cant find a trace of info about it online, anyone got any idea what they are called? i know there is a feature about them in the new PFK mag, but my copy got wet (hey i do own a glass cube full of water you know )

I'm thinking of just buying a monocular and fitting it with a rubber cup on the lens. Not as spiffy but should work.

what type you thinking of getting?

hopfully we are gonna stock ogles at work so i should beable to get one at trade price

I thought I'd be able to find one that could focus close. No luck. But there are photographers/jewelers magnifiers that would work.

Even the trade price is over $200USD I am sure. Too hefty for a magnifying glass no matter how fancy on my budget!

well i got a few £££ set aside, was gonna get a viper MH light for my tank, but i think the t5s are doing the job fine. pondering on what one to get lol

many of you would say i am nuts for passing over a MH for a microscope lol
