oh crap have i problems?

sorting out a new tank in kitchen for guppies etc our pregnant one is sat on bottom of tank think maybe giving berth but as she moved we noticed 2 white spots on her side by gills, the stick out quite a way like lumps, possibly its a couple light stones stuck to her but i panicked and came straight on here to ask

is this white spot?

are there only two spots and they both stick out really far? If so then It probably isn't whitespot a.k.a. ich. Would it be possible to get a picture?

um i think im feeling rather guilty

i was setting the tank up etc moving gravel etc

got a terrible feeling i damadged her some how, as is red and inflamed around the sticky out white bits

shes on bottom of tank mouth constantly going
