Obtaining Oddballs

does anyone know where or if I can obtain rare fish in canada like asian arrows, dats, shovel noses and rays
There are some cases where my lfs gets a silver arro or eel but then they are $80 - $200 each
for abf $50
so can someone give me a link to a site or other so I can look at some fishies!!!
