the flower was closed during the day.
i guess it blooms only at night.

You've uploaded the photos onto a website, there should be an imbed tag or an image tag underneath the photo. It is usually the Url, which is what you've been posting. The imbed and the image tag allow you to put the image into the post directly, without having to actual attach the photo.

Goodness, that lotus is beautiful...

here's the photo i took this morning. I don't know if I posted it correctly.

I'll prepare a write up for the Plant index.

The smell is like lily and hyacinth. I really can't tell much about it.
I have a question regarding the lights. Now as the flower is much taller it doesn't get much light.
I have a hang on lamp at about 10cm from the tank, I was thinking to suspend the lamp at 15-20cm so the flower will get more light. What do you think?

The flower shouldn't need the light Darius, the lily with photosynthasize via the leafs rather than the flower. I reckon if you cut the flower before it goes to seed, you find this will flower again.

I moved the lamp 10 cm higher and put a maternity near the flower so it can stay upright. the flower looks dry to me
