while most all my fish, love their Bug Bites, nothing seems to eat the bugs listed in the title... we live in a 100 year old farm house, and in years they are piled up outside, several always find their way into the house, and a few to the lights over the aquariums, but I've yet to find a fish, that will eat them... even my least picky eaters , will have nothing to do with them.... some bugs just seem not to taste as good as others

Ants . My Aplocheilus lineatus Golden Wonder Killifish go ape for ants . The Fruit Fly Shop , where I get my fruit fly supplies , sells cultures of rice flour beetles for lizards but I think medium sized cichlids might like them . The hard shell of most beetles is too much except for really big fish .

Ants were big food items for fish in Gabon - ants fall out of trees easily and travel on vine and branch arches over streams. The area I caught my beloved Epiplatys huberi was crawling with fire ants, and the Epis like their food spicy, I'll wager. It can't have bothered them even if those ants could really hurt us.

I'm not going to live food culture fire ants.
