So according to the ph and kh test... there is far too much CO2 in the water.
I don't understand how since our bubbler is letting out a bubble maybe 1 every 30seconds to a minute.

What should I do to make sure everything is ok?

I'm gonna do more tests, but just in case the readings are all the same... what should I do?
We just got that Nutrafin CO2 bubble ladder doohicky and set it up on Saturday using the packets they give you (which apparently are crap heh).
I've read the pinned topic and this article http://www.csd.net/~cgadd/aqua/art_plant_co2chart.htm
but nothing really explains what to do to get your CO2 to the perfect ppm.

So yeah, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would be very sceptical of this. How accurate are your test kits?

Sam

Well, they're fairly new API liquid testers....
Just got the KH test yesterday and the ph one since this weekend.

EDIT
Just did more tests.... ph is staying pretty much the same. The color is like a dirty yellow color.. not exactly the lowest.
KH though only took 2 drops instead of 3.
I did do a 40% water change today.

i agree with Sam...probably the test kits.. those are notorious for false readings..how do the live stock look?

Fish are perfect actually. All eating like the oinkers they are and seeming very happy.
