Not sure if feeding my fish to much or less ?????

hi i have a 4ft tank. my fish are

8 x male congo tetras
4 x leopard/julli corys
2 x bristlenose pleco
2 x blue rams

i usually feed the congos first with a little bit of flakes and after that i get 2 blocks

of bloodworms and feed them that then i put 1 algae wafer for the plecos. this is all done just before i go to sleep and daily.

if all is being eaten with in a few mins, then you are not over feeding.
I would however only feed one block of bloodworm, but then again I'm a scrooge when it comes to money.

I think two blocks are too many also. One is more than enough with the flakes too.
