They Use APC Overnight (well they do for my orders) and the guy who delivers knows they are live fish and always gets to me 1st on his round, so he is here before 8.30am. True the packaging isnt as good as somewhere like Wildwoods.

hope you get it sorted out , I have never used mail order for fish and I am surprised as this site was recommended to me

I know of 1 person who is a member on the forum who ordered fish and teh postie tried to get them through the letterbox ans succeeded

well still no reply and the surviving blue ram now has white spot,i now have to medicate my 400l tank

Have never had any problems in this tank before,i know some people say you should qurantine but i don't have a quarantine tank
