Normal For Betta Or Is He Sick? My New Betta

Hi

I just put my betta in his nice new tank the glass has loads of bubble on at the moment he keeps rubbing his nose up against the glass is he playing? or might it be an illness?

Need to name him too! any ideas? will post a pic soon once hes settles down.

It sounds like he's just checking things out! Is he flaring? Mine sometimes just does a little dance up and down the glass. They are show-offs.

I've just got a Betta and he does exactly the same thing. I think they're just showing off- as said above- If you're after a name, mine got called Thomas, but it was a toss up between that and Andrew

maybe he is just trying to get to know you. your both new to each other. bettas reconize there owners, so he is probally just trying to see who you are.
