Non-splendens?

Instead of posting on each and every thread on here......

Why are there so many posts about splendens in this area?

yes i did notice quit a few
learn what your fish is peeps
also does it look bigand flashy:spenden
small finned and mostly dull finsther
please if you got it from a petco/petsmart its a splendens

Well, I have seen one or two hybrids pop up, but that's rare. Most often it's a splendens with regular wild coloration, but I can see how it would throw off someone who's never seen a real wild before.
