Hello TFF. If you've had issues with fish constipation and who hasn't if you keep heavy eaters, like Goldfish, I found a solution. I thought lettuce, cooked peas and whatever else one gives your fish to help it purge the system regularly were a pain to use. So, I started adding a trace of plain old Ispaghula, better known as Psyllium in powder form to my fishes' food. Presto, within a few days my Goldfish and the rest of the crowd were showing their "stings" much more often and some of the Goldfish appeared a tiny bit thinner.
