Keep an extra close eye on the ammonia and nitrite as you've increased the stocking. From your description it sounds like they've gone straight into the tank without quarantine so you'll have to be vigilant for any illnesses that may pop up.

Personally. I would have waited everything settles down before adding new fish.

Well tomorrow will be a week since we fully cleaned up the betta Tank n got rid of that garden soil there.
So far the last 5 betta girls we still have plus 4 corys r doing really good no sign of illness or deaths. I'm happy
