Nitrite Not Going Down

I was told to do water changes to lower my nitrite. I don't know how my nitrite sparked, but it did. I did several day-to-day water changes, including a 40% one yesterday. My nitrite is still at 0.8. Here are the rest of the stats:

PH Low Range- Dark Blue
PH High Range- Dark Grey/Green
Ammonia- 0
General Hardness- 20

No nitrate test. Rest of stats are in my sig. Any more solutions to make it go down? Thank you.

Did you change your filter or anything like that?

How long has this tank been set up?

Might need to do a good gravel vac, what filter are you using.

I cleaned my filter about a week ago when it was not working. I use a Aquaclear 200. I did a really good gravel vac yesterday. I've never seen my water so clear.

When you cleaned your filter, you killed off the bacteria. Give it some time and it will go back

Well, the nitrite was high before that. But, I was using Melafix. That seemed to be the cause. I'll just wait it out.
