Assuming that you followed the instructions, this is extremely high and really alkaline water, and you either did it wrong or the water's just weird, as you got both the lowest and highest ph in two different tests. I honestly have no clue

When you test tap water for pH, you should get a sample of tap water in a glass container and test that water. Leave the remaining water in the glass container open to the air and re-test the same sample of water 24 and 48 hours later. You can also test it 1 week later.

Tap water can have a high or low pH when it comes out of the tap. This can be caused by dissolved gasses in the water, or things that have been added to the water at the water company. Letting the water stand for at least 24 hours before re-testing it can give you a more accurate result.

If the pH is from the aquarium water, there might be calcium based rocks in the tank that are causing the pH to go up.
Are there any white rocks, shells, or dead coral in the tank?

Here’s the photo of my female.. also can I have a step by step for changing the water in there to get the ph, ammonia etc right on this water change to make all my fish happier. There not looking to happy and as you can see in my other photos posted not all the water perametres are right. I have all the stuff I need to get it right but just need to no what I can add and what I can’t etc it’s the yellow and orange female I’m worried about but the others as you can see are also clinging to the bottom I think because of the water quality. I’m about to do a water change so advice would be appreciated x

1. Turn your filter and heater off
2. Siphon out 70% of the water out of the tank, you can use some hose or a gravel vacuum. Use a bucket if you don't have one already dedicated to fish use
3. Refill your bucket with clean fresh water from the tap that is roughly the same temperature as what's already in the tank, use TapSafe or Prime or whatever brand of choice to dechlorinate
4. Fill tank back up, turn on filter and heater

Never clean your filter in tap water, always take water out your tank and rinse it in that...tap water that hasn't be dechlorinated will kill the beneficial bacteria that live in your filter.

You won't need to clean your filter for a couple of months at the very least anyway since it's new

All done! They seem happier. Hopefully that does the trick 🤞🏼 can one male Betta go in a tank with female guppies by the way?? I’m thinking about getting one tomorrow? Advice on what he can go in with would be ideal.. Thankyou

Please don't add any more fish! You're already overstocked for the size of your tanks really, and bettas are solitary fish and prefer their own company 👍🏻

can one male Betta go in a tank with female guppies by the way??
Not really.
Whilst Thinternet abounds of tales of 'special' Male Bettas that love everybody and everything, there are way, way more of them going into Kill, Maim & Disfigure mode.

Anything that'll invade their space, or wave fins and/or tails at them, will be fair game.
Anything small enough to be eaten will be.
Then, on the other hand, anything that might have a penchant for nipping nice, floaty Betta fins should also be avoided.

Generalising, male Betta are safest kept on their own and no...they don't get 'lonely'. ;)

Please slow down and take the time to learn about fish and fishkeeping, BEFORE you get any more little lives to mess with.
If you don't, chances are, you'll be asking for help because your fish are mysteriously dying and you're very upset about it all.

It will help for today but you'll have to do it all again tomorrow and everyday until ammonia and nitrite reads 0 on your test 👍🏻

Ok all advice noted and I will be avoiding getting Bettas until my other tank is up and cycled properly first. So I’ve done my water change but here’s a photo of my fish.. still at the top of the tank. I’ve tested everything and it’s better this time and my other tank all my guppies are perfectly fine.. but this tank they are doing this? Not all of my fish in there are but these guys are? Any ideas?

Are they lethargic or breathing quickly and/or have red gills? if not, then they're just chilling. Guppies are surface fish after all.

Edit: Nice nails
