He is very right about people going else where. One of the people that I work with was at a LFS at the same time that I was. When I inquired what he was up to he told me that he had a tank set up and wanted to get his fish. A few questions told me that the tank had only been up for 2 days. When I told him that he was likely to lose many fish in short order, he proceeded to tell me that the fish came with a 7 day guarantee so he would let the fish store worry about fish dying. Although I have a fairly good relationship with this guy, he was not ready to hear that he couldn't get his fish right away.
